Job Description:

The RN in a Telemetry unit will provide specialized care to cardiovascular patients, primarily in a med/surg setting. Must possess strong cardiac monitoring skills and a strong understanding of EKGs.

Requirements:

Experience with cardiovascular patients
2+ years of experience preferred
Must have BLS certification and a passed EKG test with 80% or higher
Must be willing to float to any unit in an RN capacity and take a full patient ratio
Weekend requirement: every other weekend
16 hours of non-billable orientation
