Senior Program Manager, Data Center Construction, Special Projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program or project management across multiple global regions, specifically within mission‑critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fabrication plants) or a design‑build/real estate development environment. 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time as required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 10 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects. Experience with construction planning and scheduling fundamentals, spanning from programming through commissioning. Experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems. Experience with facilities equipment and environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
