Technical Product Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst with strong proficiency in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and have experience with data governance, data quality, and managing Configuration Item (CI) lifecycles. This role is essential for ensuring our IT data is structured correctly and for supporting governance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong proficiency in CMDB tables and the relationships among various CIs.
• Manage data ingestion and data integration processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Apply a deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), particularly regarding Business Applications, Service Instances, and Business Capabilities.
• Ensure IT data is structured according to CSDM principles.
• Manage CI lifecycles, including creation, updates, and retirement, and enforce related policies.
• Establish and maintain health dashboards to monitor data quality.
• Identify and address stale or orphaned data within the CMDB.
• Support governance and compliance activities by collaborating with CI owners and auditors.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Platform, including CMDB tables and CI relationships.
• Knowledge of data ingestion and data integration techniques.
• In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its application.
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and CI lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with change management processes related to CIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing CMDB Data directly within ServiceNow.
• Prior experience with governance and compliance activities, working with CI owners and auditors.
