Compensation: $1845 - $2223 | Shift: 3x12 days

As a Registered Nurse in this position, you will collaborate with an exceptional Interdisciplinary Care Team, employing clinical pathways and patient education to ensure favorable patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the healthcare team to create and assess personalized care plans.
• Engage in continuous learning through certifications and advanced practice.
• Exhibit leadership qualities and act as a clinical resource and role model.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams.
• Enhance time management skills to boost team performance.
• Carry out duties aligned with unit-specific goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
• Experience in Level II or I Trauma settings is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Verification of Michigan RN license is necessary.
• BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory.
• Availability for every other weekend is required.
