Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student’s mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and intervention strategies to guide the therapeutic process.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and adjust client-centered treatment plans that reflect each student’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to address complex issues such as peer relationships, bullying, and family dynamics.

• Providing crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when required, ensuring immediate support is available for students in distress.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, which is essential for continuous care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of students, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. This includes students dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and those who have experienced trauma. Your role will be essential in providing these young individuals with the coping tools and emotional support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
