Manufacturing Manager – In Office Only Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader passionate about operational excellence and team development? Our client, a prominent organization in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Manager to oversee all production activities, including CNC machining, welding, fabrication, and cleanroom manufacturing. If you thrive in hands-on leadership roles, thrive on operational success, and want to make a tangible impact, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, machinists, welders, and technicians.Manage manufacturing operations, budgets, and resource planning effectively.Drive production efficiency, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.Champion safety standards, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.Ensure compliance across all manufacturing areas and resolve production issues using data-driven problem solving.Required Skills:10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (manager, plant manager, or similar).Strong background in Lean manufacturing, 6S, CAPA, and process improvements.Proven track record of enhancing productivity, quality, and cost control.Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to develop talent and drive accountability within teams.Willingness to travel up to 10%.Nice to Have Skills:Extensive experience in CNC machining and/or welding/fabrication.Exposure to job shop or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments.Background in cleanroom manufacturing or precision components.Manufacturing finance or cost control expertise.Experience working in a global or multi-site setting.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Prior experience managing production in cleanroom or high-precision environments preferred.Other Requirements:Must be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (In Office Only).No Visa Sponsorship available.This is a fantastic chance to advance your career by joining a thriving organization committed to excellence.
