Summary/Objective: 

• 
  Maintain gate access and ensure the gate shack is always covered during regular business hours.
• 
  Maintains security by following procedures, and monitoring logbook.
• 
  Alert the team via email anytime a crane enters or leaves the yard and submit daily reports summarizing the activity for the day.
• 
  Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• 
  Maintains continuity among work teams by communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• 
  Walkaround, inspect and document every load leaving the yard to ensure the securing method complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• 
  Communicate in a professional, organized, and clear manner to subcontractors and customer drivers.

Additional Duties as Needed:

• 
  Keep the working area in the gate office organized and clean.
• 
  Other duties as requested or needed.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• 
  High School diploma or equivalent 
• 
  Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.  
• 
  Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
