CT Tech Float Pool Northern Colorado

CT Tech Position

Our client, a leading health system in Centennial, CO, is seeking a CT Tech to join their Float Pool. In this role, you will perform high-quality CT images and exams, providing essential patient care within the medical imaging department while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Performs diagnostic imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients, and all other individuals.
• Practices all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety, reducing personal and patient exposure to "as low as reasonably achievable" (ALARA).
• Produces quality images in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
• Provides information and instruction to patients and/or families regarding the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.
• Observes patients and equipment during the procedure and reports/documents unusual occurrences and records patient's condition.
• Performs IV starts and contrast administration as required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ARRT (CT), ARRT(N), ARRT(T) or CNMT registry required or ARRT (R) with CT training.
• State Radiology Tech license for those working at a Kansas site.
• BLS, American Heart Association.
• One (1) year of related experience.
• Associate's Degree is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Schedule:

• Assigned to one of four zones, determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.

Compensation:

• $35.43 - $59.68/hour.

Benefits:

• PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits.
• Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision plans, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plan benefits.
