Surveillance AgentMust be able to obtain a California Gaming License and maintain throughout employmentHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Advises on gaming violations, criminal activity or persons associated with criminal activityReports violations of policy, law or procedures involving Indian GamingConducts surveillance on all cash operations, theft, loss or violations of the integrity of gamingMust be knowledgeable in the conduct of all games offered by the CasinoMust be knowledgeable in all areas of casino internal controls, policies and procedures, Federal and Tribal Gaming Regulations and compact requirementsMust be proficient in the operations, maintenance and minor repair of all surveillance related equipmentPlans surveillance operations to prevent theft, loss or integrity of gamingMonitors activities of patrons and employees to assist in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and internal controlsMonitors the facility to assist in ensuring that the safety, health and security of patrons and employees are protectedOther duties as assignedDrive company or personal vehicles to conduct business on behalf of the Surveillance DepartmentReports To: Supervisor Starting Rate of Pay: $19.50 per hour (Non-Exempt) Approximate Hours: 40+ hours per weekThe Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribe shall extend employment preference across all employment opportunities for qualified Native Americans in accordance with and subject to applicable law, including Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act, which recognizes Native American employment preference.
