Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
NH Physical Therapy License must be in hand at time of submittal
Acute care experience

Assignment Details
Shift hours are between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with start times between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Current schedule needs are Monday through Friday
One weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours
Float to all inpatient units and the ED
Equipment includes basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and hyper lifts
Documentation system: Sunrise Allscripts
Patient population includes cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic cases
Procedures performed include evaluations and treatment
