Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long Term Care

Nurse - Medical-Surgical

Schedule: 34.5/46 rotation, flat overtime for 13 weeks

Assignment Details: Start ASAP, every other weekend required

Requirements:

• Active nursing license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Proficiency with EMR systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols.

Compliance / Notes:

• Background checks and drug screens required.
• Orientation to be completed prior to starting.
• Scrubs required during shifts.
