Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general dentistry procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures).
- Diagnose and create customized treatment plans for patients.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options .
- Supervise and mentor dental hygienists and assistants .
- Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations .
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Participate in community outreach and patient engagement initiatives.
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid California dental license (or in process).
- DEA & CPR certification .
- 1+ years of experience preferred (new grads welcome if specified).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills .
- Familiarity with digital dentistry (X-rays, CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners) is a plus.
