Production Associate

Operator II

Join our manufacturing team as an Operator II and play a key role in operating automated production equipment. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your technical skills and attention to detail directly impact product quality and operational efficiency. Operate and monitor automated machinery, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance and output quality. Set up, configure, and calibrate equipment for production runs, including performing routine maintenance tasks. Conduct regular quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and identify any deviations. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to keep equipment running smoothly.

Digital literacy developing level; operating digital controls and monitoring systems on automated equipment. Problem solving developing level; identifying and resolving minor technical issues during production. Quality control & inspection developing level; conducting inspections to verify product specifications are met. Automation integration foundational level; working with automated systems to support efficient production workflows. Lean methodology foundational level; applying lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
