Shift Leader

Position Summary We are looking for a Shift Leader at Bruegger's Bagels to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager, take charge of the store, and keep a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends. Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law. Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy. Additional Information Hourly Rate: $11.67 - $18.67 per hour (starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations). Location: Shops at Fairlawn, 3737 W Market St Unit C, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333. The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
