About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week long-term care contract opportunity in Utica, New York. This role supports residents in a rehabilitation and nursing center setting, including MS, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care patient populations.
Responsibilities
• Provide daily care support for long-term care and rehabilitation residents
• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, comfort, and safety needs
• Support care for MS, orthopedic, dementia, and memory care patients
• Document resident care accurately using PointClickCare
• Float to all units within the same building as assigned
Requirements
• Active New York CNA License Required
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Long-Term Care, rehabilitation, dementia, or memory care experience preferred
• Must be available for day shift, every other weekend, floating, and fingerprinting requirements
