Senior Master TechnicianWhitson-Morgan Motor Company is seeking a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship.We offer productivity bonuses up to $10 per flat rate hour!Benefits:Competitive flat-rate compensation, plus productivity bonusesHealth, Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityResponsibilities:Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through technician training and certifications.Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Ford CertificationASE CertificationPrevious experience at a Ford dealershipMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred.Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.About Us: Whitson-Morgan Motor Company has been a trusted part of the Clarksville community since 1955, offering a family-oriented environment and a legacy of excellence in automotive sales and service.
