Nursing Supervisor (Per Diem)

Role Overview: This position involves overseeing clinical care and emergency responses in a rehabilitation and nursing care facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure quality care and appropriate staffing levels Monitor productivity, participate in budget preparation, and evaluate new admissions for compliance Manage medication control according to policies, and ensure resource availability Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring, and review staffing allocations Manage staff performance, conduct orientation, coaching, and ongoing training Communicate clinical events or changes to residents and families Respond to concerns, perform unit rounds, investigate issues, and document investigations Qualifications & Skills: Valid NYS RN license and at least 2 years of leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
