What we're looking for We're partnering with a performance marketing agency that helps e-commerce brands grow through paid social, creative strategy, and conversion-focused content. Their creative strategists turn customer insight, ad research, and performance data into clear briefs that designers, editors, and creators bring to life as winning ads. They're looking for a curious, organized, and commercially minded Junior Creative Strategist to support static and video ad development across multiple DTC brands. What You'll Be Doing Research brands, competitors, customer reviews, and winning ads to uncover fresh creative opportunities. Turn research and performance learnings into clear concepts with a defined angle, audience, awareness stage, and format. Write detailed briefs for static ads, video ads, UGC, and founder-led content, including hooks, headlines, scripts, shot lists, and CTAs. Gather and organize the right product, lifestyle, and UGC assets, and keep every brief accurate and up to date in Airtable. Work closely with designers, editors, creators, and project managers to answer questions, review first drafts, and keep production moving. Revise briefs based on client feedback, internal QA, and ad performance, flagging blockers early. Requirements Strong written English and the ability to explain an idea clearly and specifically. Genuine interest in advertising, e-commerce, consumer psychology, and social media. Sharp creative instincts and the ability to spot why an ad or hook works. Excellent attention to detail and strong research skills. The ability to juggle multiple brands, briefs, and deadlines with reliable follow-through. Comfort working in tools like Slack, Airtable, and Google Drive. Nice to Have Experience in a creative agency, e-commerce brand or paid-social environment. Experience writing ad copy, video scripts, UGC briefs or creative briefs. Familiarity with Meta or TikTok advertising, direct-response creative, and concepts like hooks, angles, and awareness stages. A portfolio of ads, scripts, briefs or copy, plus experience with ad libraries or AI research tools. Notes: *You are applying to work with an international company.
