Job Description Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond is accepting applications for a Used Car Sales Director at our 43,000 sqft indoor preowned showroom. Recruit, train and retain top sales talent. Set measurable performance standards. Understand the market and develop strategies for acquiring, managing and moving appropriate inventory. Develop and maintain strong relationship with fixed operations department. Understand fixed operations and reconditioning center processes. Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass goals. Empower employees to achieve maximum performance. Attend sales manager meetings Qualifications At least two years of automotive retail sales experience. Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and retain top talent. Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to present orally to a public audience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Proven customer service skills.
