OT Security Senior Engineer

Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in cybersecurity, networking, electrical or computer engineering, or computer science.
• We look for 2+ years of experience with machine control networks or industrial control systems (ICS), along with a basic understanding of communication networks and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• We need knowledge of industrial cybersecurity.
• We value strong verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with customers and internal project teams.
• We expect business acumen in a technical environment.
• We cannot offer sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

• We serve as the site representative and lead communication with site members to support regional OT security initiatives.
• We provide technical support, deliver training, and manage project activities related to OT security implementation.
• We work to maintain equipment asset visibility targets through vulnerability and intrusion detection systems.
• We lead annual vulnerability remediation planning for the site and help investigate and resolve IDS alerts.
• We support equipment backup and recovery efforts, including technical troubleshooting and incident response coordination with site members.
• We contribute as subject matter experts in developing OT security tools, systems, and processes across prevention, vulnerability management, and incident response and recovery workstreams.
• We may support regional initiatives through business travel and short-term assignments at other Honda sites.
