Pest Control Technician - Weekly Pay & Benefits

Overview The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions provides pest control services in the Round Rock, Texas (78665) area. Regular Service Technician (Reg Tech) Provides exceptional customer service during regular maintenance appointments, applying chemicals and manual solutions to eliminate pests and ensure customer satisfaction. Reports to the Round Rock, Texas branch servicing the Marbal Falls area. Responsibilities Safely apply pesticides and pest control solutions to building interiors and exteriors, ensuring proper use of PPE. Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations, provide customized treatment solutions, and communicate with the office as needed. Interact with customers to explain services, maintain accurate records, and manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle upkeep. Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation. Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license; driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards. Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). Pay and Benefits Weekly Pay – Get paid every Friday! This position offers an hourly base pay range of ($17-19/hour) , with additional compensation opportunities. Paid sick and vacation time along with 10 company-paid holidays. Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
