Restorative Nurse Aide - $23.50 - 26/hr

Springs Village Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nurse Aide to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you will assist residents with restorative care plans aimed at improving and maintaining their physical functions and independence. You will work closely with nursing staff and therapists to provide quality care that supports residents' overall well-being and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with individualized restorative nursing care plans.
• Support residents in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote residents' independence and dignity during all restorative care activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in restorative or rehabilitative nursing care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and maintain documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
