Guest Advisor - Sales & Guest Experience Focus Spavia Sandy - Sandy, Utah Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Spavia Sandy is hiring Guest Advisors to join our front desk team. We are looking for outgoing, professional team members who enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment. If you love connecting with people, working in a calm and beautiful setting, and helping guests commit to their wellness goals, we would love to meet you. Compensation Hourly base pay: $14-$18 (based on experience) Membership sales commissions Retail sales commissions Performance-based bonuses Earn hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation varies based on schedule, performance, and sales results. Transparent pay ranges provided during interview process. About the Role As a Guest Advisor, you are the first and last impression of the spa. You will support guest scheduling, membership sales, retail recommendations, and ensure every guest receives a five-star experience.
