Oracle CPQ Developer / Architect

Salary: $77,500 - 105,500 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 8 years of experience working with Oracle CPQ, including hands-on work in architecture, implementation, and integration with enterprise systems.
• We look for experience with scripting languages such as BML, JavaScript, or Groovy.
• We value familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• We prefer proven experience supporting large-scale Oracle CPQ deployments across multiple regions.
• We need strong knowledge of CPQ capabilities and complex pricing rules.
• We require experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Oracle ERP Cloud.
• We seek strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• We need the ability to work independently and manage several tasks at once.
• We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation ability.
• We look for strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, along with sound judgment.
• We need the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and with offshore teams.
• A bachelors degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience, is required.
• Nice-to-have knowledge includes EBS R12 Configurator, CDL rules, and EBS-to-CPQ integration for BOM and rules.

• We lead and oversee Oracle CPQ implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• We design scalable and efficient Oracle CPQ solutions that support business objectives.
• We serve as the Oracle CPQ subject matter expert, guiding the development team and mentoring junior colleagues.
• We configure and tailor Oracle CPQ modules, including workflow design, pricing rules, quote templates, and catalog setup.
• We design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and related tools.
• We gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• We oversee testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• We create and maintain documentation for CPQ processes and provide end-user training as needed.
• We continuously review and improve CPQ processes to enhance user experience, functionality, and scalability.
