• Follow up to build lasting, multi-policy relationships
• Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM
• Complete applications and documentation accurately
• Stay current on products, carrier guidelines, and regulations

Qualifications

Required

• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent listening and relationship-building
• Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working remotely
• Comfortable with CRM and virtual communication tools

Preferred

• Experience in insurance, phone, inside, or call-center sales, or business development
• Active Texas insurance license (candidates willing to obtain licensing may be considered)
