Data Center Engineer

Job Title: Data Center Engineer
Location: Reno, Nevada
Duration: 6+Mons
Looking for candidates with strong data center operations experience.
Key qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, break/fix work, cabling, rack-and-stack, and decommissioning
- Experience maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, rack elevations, asset records, and troubleshooting guides
- Strong understanding of server hardware, Linux/Windows fundamentals, power, cooling, and network infrastructure
- Experience with inventory management, audits, ticketing systems, and change management
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and document findings clearly
- Strong attention to detail and experience working in large-scale data center environments
- Scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, APIs, Jira, or similar tools
