Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Ops Coach

Walgreens

Walgreens in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Store Key Holder to open and close the store in the absence of management, manage cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business days. You may also open the back door for deliveries and support basic store operations.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, and displays, and help coach team members on service standards while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
