Life Insurance Sales Advisor: Inbound Leads, No Cold Calling
If you can sell, we want to put opportunities in front of you.
LionRock gives our agents 12–17 inbound life insurance opportunities every day. You spend your time talking to people who are already looking for coverage, not cold calling, door knocking, buying leads, or chasing friends and family.

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity. Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual production.
What You'll Do
Talk with inbound consumers looking for life insurance, understand their needs, compare carrier options, recommend the best fit, and complete applications primarily over the phone. You'll also follow up with prospects, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and join daily coaching to keep sharpening your close.
Who We're Looking For
Competitive, coachable salespeople who can communicate, build trust, and close.
Licensed Florida life insurance agents with an active 2-14 or 2-15 license are strongly preferred.
Not licensed? We also want to hear from proven commission salespeople from solar, automotive, pest control, home security, timeshare, wireless, inside sales, and other high-performance sales environments. Exceptional candidates may qualify for help with the Florida licensing process before joining the sales team.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is a strong plus.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
No scheduled weekends
This is an on-site position in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
