Travel Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM

Job Description: The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The role involves working alongside a dedicated team to ensure patient safety and comfort while implementing and coordinating care plans based on the best practices.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
Perform rapid intubation and chest tube insertion as needed.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
Manage and treat patients with LVAD and CCRT devices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 1 year of current acute care ICU experience.
ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
Neuro certification and neuro/trauma experience are preferred.
