Create tailored treatment plans targeting both immediate objectives and long-range communication, cognitive, or swallowing ambitions.

Deliver individualized speech therapy focused on communication strategies, language enhancement, fluency, voice management, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop unified care plans.

Provide education to patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond clinical interactions.

Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies to ensure a seamless care experience across the continuum of treatment.

Maintain accurate and prompt documentation compliant with state, federal, and institutional policies.

Stay updated with advancements in the field through ongoing education and peer collaboration.

Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already certified by ASHA.

State certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based methods for treating diverse age groups, with a profound grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
