In this role, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults with complex cardiac and thoracic conditions, including post-surgical patients. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, wound and drain management, and patient/family education. You will collaborate within an innovative, diverse, and inclusive team environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
