IT Help Desk Technician - Tier 1 Support (Associate)

University of Mississippi Medical Center

The University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician - Associate in Jackson, MS. This role provides first-tier technical assistance to UMMC device users, handles inquiries, and contributes to a collaborative IT team environment.
