Mechanical Designer Drafter

Our client, a Top Fortune Tech Company, is looking to hire a Mechanical Designer Drafter in New York, NY. Pay Rate Range $65-$70/hr, depending on experience Responsibilities Seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join our hardware development team. In this role, you will create detailed technical drawings and 3D models for mechanical components and assemblies used in our robotic systems. You will sit at the interface of design and production, translating engineering concepts and specifications into precise, manufacturable documentation that guides our fabrication and assembly processes. Build robots! This role will be working with the mechanical designers and doing the drawings, CAD Dimensioning drawings feedback from vendors, and updating the draws. Complicated parts 3 days -3mins Continuous feedback Mechanical designs in 3d cad, before sending to manufacture, cad will prepare the drawing. Dimensioning and tolerancing, feedback in 24 hours usually. Requirements Required

Basic Qualifications Proficiency in 3D CAD software for mechanical part and assembly modeling, Onshape experience strongly preferred.
