HVAC Construction Project Manager

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading field teams, solving problems, and delivering projects on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you.This role is ideal for someone with experience managing commercial mechanical projects who is ready to take ownership of multiple projects while working alongside general contractors, engineers, vendors, and field crews.What You'll DoAs our HVAC Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful execution of multiple commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously.Lead projects from pre-construction through commissioning and final closeout.Review mechanical drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and construction documents.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and project documentation.Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and procurement timelines.Manage project budgets, equipment purchases, subcontractors, and change orders.Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, foremen, installers, and subcontractors.Ensure projects comply with Florida Mechanical Code, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards.Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain project schedules.Build strong relationships with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, or Construction Project Manager.Bilingual (English & Spanish).Strong experience managing commercial HVAC construction projects.Knowledge of HVAC systems including ductwork, rooftop units (RTUs), ventilation systems, exhaust systems, air distribution, and mechanical installations.Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and construction plans.Experience coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and inspectors.Knowledge of Florida building codes and commercial construction practices.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to travel throughout South and Central Florida.Preferred QualificationsExperience using Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.Experience with commercial projects including healthcare, restaurants, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.OSHA certification is a plus.PMP certification is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary: $70,000–$105,000Performance-based annual bonusCompany fuel reimbursement after successful completion of the probationary periodCompany laptop/tablet and project management softwarePaid Time Off (10 days annually)Paid Federal HolidaysLong-term career growth with an expanding commercial HVAC contractorOpportunity to lead high-profile commercial construction projectsWork ScheduleMonday through Saturday7:00 AM – 5:00 PMSaturdays may be required based on project schedules. xhyhwjd Apply TodayIf you have experience as an HVAC Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, Commercial Construction Project Manager, Mechanical Superintendent, HVAC Operations Manager, Mechanical Estimator, or HVAC Construction Manager, apply now and become part of a growing team delivering high-quality commercial mechanical projects throughout Florida.Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
