What the Process Looks Like

Application & Screening — Submit a short application. Qualified candidates move through medical, psychological, and background screenings.

Medical Preparation — Work with a top fertility clinic for embryo transfer; all medical costs are covered.
Pregnancy & Support — Consistent support from your dedicated care team throughout the pregnancy.
Delivery & Beyond — Deliver with full postpartum care and continued support from our team.

Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for you and the intended parents, surrogates must:

Be aged 21–40
Be a non-smoker and maintain a BMI under 32

Have given birth to at least one child

Have no criminal history
