Creative Director

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Associate Director of Brand Strategy will oversee brand and communications direction for clients in the life sciences sector, develop innovative strategies, and mentor junior team members while working remotely in a PST-based environment. Key responsibilities: Proactively develop new approaches and ideas to enhance service offerings Guide clients with strategic insights on marketplace dynamics and challenges Create and manage comprehensive brand strategies across multiple campaigns Required qualifications: 5+ years of total business experience, with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical marketing or communications Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications Proven experience in developing successful pharmaceutical marketing strategies Demonstrated leadership and people management experience Ability to present marketing and strategic plans to senior client decision-makers
