Position Overview This role is ideal for a physician who values both meaningful patient relationships and clinical productivity. Our established patient base allows providers to step into a full schedule immediately, while our team-based environment ensures you are supported in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform routine physical exams, preventative care, and minor procedures Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Review and interpret lab results and diagnostic tests Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation Adhere to all clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active (or eligible) Texas medical license Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Schedule We offer a compensation model that reflects both the impact of your work and the efficiency of our clinic environment. Base salary with monthly production bonus Total compensation typically ranging from $280,000 to $320,000+ annually, depending on productivity Established patient volume averaging approximately 30 patients per day, allowing for consistent earning potential Schedule and Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule No weekend hours Rotating Fridays off among providers, creating regular extended weekends This structure supports both strong financial opportunity and sustainable work-life balance within a high-functioning practice.
