What makes this role stand out:Temp-to-hire growth with long-term potentialHands-on training on 1st shiftSmooth transition to 2nd shift after trainingReliable schedule and supportive team environmentGreat opportunity for motivated candidates looking to build a career$19/hour – once on second will receive a 5% differential.Monday-FridayTraining 6:30a-3p, 2nd shift: 3p-11:30p.Responsibilities:Perform product packaging for adhesive materials by preparing, labeling, and sealing finished goods according to production specifications.Inspect materials for quality, consistency, and defects before packing to ensure compliance with company standards.Monitor production lines to maintain workflow efficiency and identify issues requiring adjustment or escalation.Document production counts and packaging data to support accurate inventory tracking and shift reporting.Support inventory control by tracking materials used, reporting shortages, and assisting with cycle counts.Maintain workstation organization through proper storage, cleaning, and adherence to 5S standards.Follow safety protocols including PPE use, lockout/tagout procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.Collaborate with production teams to meet daily output goals and communicate any operational concerns.Assist with machine changeovers by preparing materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring smooth transitions between product runs.Desired Background/Skills:Proven longevity in manufacturing.Other Information: Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
