Maintenance Lead - Nights

Job Summary The Night shift Maintenance Lead is focused on leading a team as well as being a team player while being willing to be trained to work in other areas as needed and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role is perfect for an individual who: Always works in a safe manner and identifies safety hazards. Conducts themselves in a professional manner during the course of the workday. Can take care of tasks and assigned work as needed with little or no supervision. Job responsibilities include: Perform maintenance on assigned production machinery, including analyzing and diagnosing problems. Turn in problems with equipment that needs to be repaired on P.M. Help and guide others with problems when needed. What we are looking for: Ability to wire motors, motor starters, relays and other electrical equipment including Variable Frequency Drives with little or no assistance. Experience with PLCs. Ability to perform all types of plumbing work, including PVC, black iron, and copper pipe. Proficiency cutting with oxy/acetylene and plasma cutter.
