- Position: Experienced Caregiver
- Schedule: Daily, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Availability: Must be dependable and consistently available during the scheduled hours
- Location: Indianapolis, Greenwood, Camby, Plainsfield, Mooresville
- Employment Type: 30+ hours/week
- Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship through engaging conversations, recreational activities and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate
- Follow the client's care plan
- Communicate changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for the client
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Previous professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR certification required
- Dependable and punctual
- Caring, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow a care plan
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
