Candidates should, at a minimum, possess the following: Bachelor's degree required Strong quantitative, analytical, and written and oral communication skills Inquisitive mindset with ability to leverage analysis to influence and gain support of others Ability to manage multiple priorities, including project work and department responsibilities Ability to work independently and as a member of a team The role is located in Boston, MA only; working in a hybrid model (weekly blend of 3-4 days in-office and 1-2 days working from home) You are fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions Motivated by high impact, high visibility work Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment Interest in financial services and insurance Demonstrate strong leadership potential Excited about contributing to a dynamic and high-performing team culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
