Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing / Locum Tenens & Permanent Placement
TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Greensboro or Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This practice primarily serves an underserved, working-class Hispanic adult population and is seeking a provider who is comfortable communicating in foundational Spanish and interested in becoming fluent.

Foundational Spanish language skills required Schedule
Four days per week
Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM (rotating schedule)
One Saturday per month required: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
Approximately five hours of administrative time each week
Additional Saturday shifts available with bonus incentive Practice Details

Average patient volume: patients per day
Approximately three patients per hour
Adult patient population (17+)
Medical Assistant support
No telehealth responsibilities
EMR: AthenaHealth Qualifications
Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Eligible for North Carolina licensure
Foundational Spanish language skills required with willingness to become conversationally fluent
