About the Role As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you will be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create compelling living experiences and drive leasing success. What You’ll Do Customer Service & Sales Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents. Showcase community features and close leases. Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention. Operations Manage lease files and system updates. Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Marketing Update social media and execute marketing tasks. Monitor local market conditions and shop competitors. Valid driver’s license may be required. Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required. Leasing or real‑estate experience preferred. Experience using Yardi or similar property‑management software a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Estimated Rate of Pay $21.16 – $24.15 hourly. This position is non‑exempt; the range reflects hourly rates. The pay range is determined by skills, experience, and location.
