About the Opportunity

This position is primarily based in the Grand Junction office, with occasional travel to nearby locations. You'll work alongside a supportive, highly collaborative team that prioritizes clinical excellence and patient education. The ideal candidate is someone who takes time to truly understand each patient's needs and crafts customized, evidence-based solutions.

Comprehensive Clinical Scope Includes

• Full audiological diagnostics (comprehensive audiometry, OAEs, tympanometry)
• Tinnitus management and sound sensitivity assessments
• Cognitive care integration, including discussions on hearing loss and dementia connections
• Opportunity to work with cochlear implants and BAHA
• No sales quotas - ever

Qualifications:

• Au.D. or equivalent degree in Audiology (eligible for Colorado licensure)
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Interest in cognitive health and hearing loss connections
• Experience or interest in cochlear implants, BAHA, or balance testing is a plus
