Assisted Living Supervisor

Provide hands-on leadership in an assisted living environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. Supervise and support team members, assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily tasks, and review timekeeping for payroll accuracy. Monitor residents' conditions, communicate changes to families, and support the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident engagement and participate in crossover meetings for effective communication. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards, promoting safety, infection control, and risk management practices. Qualifications & Skills 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems) Flexibility to work evenings and weekends This role is essential in leading care teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
