The Specialty Equipment segment includes Anderson Dahlen, located in Ramsey, MN, and Waconia, MN. Anderson Dahlen delivers end-to-end equipment design-build and contract manufacturing, with precision fabrication cutting, forming, machining, welding, finishing, and complex assemblies backed by engineering, integration, and complete process solutions including skids and sanitary platforms tailored to customer applications. Anderson Dahlen is ISO 9001:2015 certified, as well as ASME, AWS, and PED compliant.
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $22 to $27/hour.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect. To work well in this role, you should have basic maintenance knowledge around building repairs and some experience cleaning.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Operate the floor scrubber and sweeper to keep the production floor clean and free of debris.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Perform minor repairs.
- Notify the maintenance manager of major repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash as needed.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Set-up and tear-down for company meetings.
- Aid in moving office equipment or furniture as needed.
- CNC coolant and chip removal and cleaning.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well when supervisors are not present.
- Ability to routinely lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and know what PPE to use.
- High school diploma.
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
