We’re looking for a dependable, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support an insurance
agency owner with both business and personal tasks. This role covers agency operations,
outside business ventures, travel planning, and personal errands/scheduling.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage scheduling, email, and calendar across work and personal matters
  • Book travel and coordinate itineraries
  • Support day-to-day tasks for the insurance agency and outside business ventures
  • Assist with personal errands and appointments as needed
  • Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Respond promptly to time-sensitive requests
What we’re looking for:
  • Computer proficient (email, calendar, general office software, willingness to learn AI independently)
  • Professional, trustworthy, and comfortable with sensitive information
  • Self-starter with a positive, optimistic, can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator via written and verbal communication, reliable, and adaptable
  • No experience required
Schedule: Flexible, ~20 hrs/week, with occasional deadline-driven tasks. Your time will be
respected.
