Our organization is on the lookout for a skilled Interventional Radiologist to enhance our expanding team of three physicians in Interventional Radiology. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, we are affiliated with a reputable practice that supports the Phoenix VA Medical Center, offering a comprehensive array of interventional oncology, hepatobiliary, and advanced body procedures. Our diverse case load includes endovascular treatments for peripheral artery disease (excluding EVAR, TEVAR, and neuro interventions), along with a wide range of other image-guided procedures. We are dedicated to mentoring and empowering enthusiastic IR physicians eager to refine their procedural expertise.
Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Attractive Salary : Up to $400,000 per year
Annual Performance Bonus & Regular Salary Increases
Sign-on Bonus : Up to 25% of your annual salary
Paid Time Off : 50 - 55 days of annual PTO (including 26 days of annual leave, 13 sick days, 11 paid federal holidays, and up to 5 days for CME)
Retirement Benefits : Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and a federal 401k with up to 5% contribution from the organization
Insurance Coverage : Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance (extendable into retirement)
CME Reimbursement : Up to $2,500 per year
Malpractice Coverage : Comprehensive liability protection with tail coverage included
Flexible Contract Terms : No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on additional work
Medical Degree : Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine
Unrestricted Medical License : One full and unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory
U.S. Citizenship : Non-citizens may be considered when qualified citizens are unavailable, in accordance with VA policy
