**Required Experience and Skills:**- Minimum 2 years of experience required.- Previous Charge RN experience is a plus, but not required.- Travel experience is not mandatory.- Experience in community hospitals and long-term acute care (LTAC) is preferred.- Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed).- EPIC charting system experience required.**Certifications and Licensure:**- Required certifications: AWHONN Beginner/Intermediate, FHM, NRP, BLS.- Preferred certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced.- Active license must be in hand at submission.**Special Skills and Procedures:**- Experience and skills in the administration of blood & blood products, adult cardiac arrest, Amnioinfusion, Antepartum care, assist with high-risk delivery, assist with sterile speculum exam, assist with vaginal delivery, Cesarean section, drawing venous blood, epidural anesthesia, labor & delivery, maintain central lines, neonatal resuscitation, postpartum hemorrhage, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, preterm labor, use of EFM, VBAC management, and more.**Additional Requirements:**- COVID-19 vaccine required (Medical/Religious exemptions only).- Flu vaccine required (Medical/Religious exemptions only).- Must not be local candidates within a 50-mile radius.- Compliance deadline must be met by 12 Noon EST the Wednesday prior to the start date.**Scheduling and Environment:**- 3x12-hour shifts, Nights, 7p-7:30a.- Every other weekend work required; holidays as needed.- All travelers may be required to float across facilities if needed.**Education Verification:**- Third-party education verification is required.- Degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted.
