The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities\n \n Monitor and assess patient conditions in a 30-bed capacity unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5-6:1.\n Perform bedside and hourly rounding, ensuring patient needs are met promptly.\n Manage complex medication drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone.\n Conduct telemetry management and EKGs as needed.\n Participate in shared governance and contribute to unit focus areas.\n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.\n ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.\n Cardiac experience preferred with knowledge of medication administration related to cardiac care.\n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
